The website https://hack.sale/ (hereinafter - hack.sale or the Website) is an internet resource that provides services for assistance in installing and launching auxiliary software for various computer games, a personal User Profile, a platform for user communication, and other sections.

Auxiliary software (hereinafter - Auxiliary Software or Product) is software designed to work on a computer that provides the User with the ability to gain an advantage over other players of the computer game for which this application was developed, through various auxiliary functions that affect the gameplay.

The main activity we are engaged in is assistance in installing and launching auxiliary software.

Use of the Website or Auxiliary Software is only possible under the conditions set forth in these Terms of Service and License Agreement. If you do not agree with its terms, you should immediately stop using the Website and Auxiliary Software. Use of the Website or Auxiliary Software means that you agree with the terms of these License and Terms of Service Agreements.

Terms and Definitions

Website — an internet resource located on the Internet at https://hack.sale/. Depending on the context, the Website also refers to the Website's software, design (graphic design) of the Website, the Website's Database, any of its sections and subsections, as well as information posted on the Website by the Administration.

Website Administration — the person who owns all corresponding exclusive property rights to the Website or Auxiliary Software, including rights to the Website's domain name, and who administers it.

User — a person who has purchased the hack.sale Product and has completed the registration procedure, received an individual login and password, and has their own Profile. For the purposes of the Terms of Service, a User also means a person who has not purchased the Product but accesses the Website or Auxiliary Software and/or uses and/or has used it. Any person accessing the Website or Auxiliary Software thereby automatically confirms that they fully agree with the provisions of the Terms of Service and License Agreements, and that the requirements established by these agreements apply to them.

User Profile or Profile — a special subsection of the Website where personal information about the User is located, as well as other information that can only be posted by this User.

Information — any information, messages, data regardless of the form of their presentation, posted by the User on the Website, including: personal data of Users, links to other websites, any text messages, photographs (images), audio and/or video works, computer programs, and other files.

Database — an objective form of presentation and organization of aggregate data, systematized in such a way that this data can be found and processed using the software, hardware, and technical means of the Website or Auxiliary Software.

Spam — mass, unauthorized and/or unexpected by recipients mail and other distributions of advertising, informational, propaganda, or other nature.

Any terms and concepts used in the Agreement that are not reflected in the "Terms and Definitions" section will be interpreted in accordance with the meaning arising from the text of the Terms of Service or License Agreements. In case of any disagreements regarding the interpretation of a term and/or concept used in the Terms of Service or License Agreements, the interpretation determined by the Administration will apply.

Subject and General Provisions of Terms of Service and License Agreements

These Terms of Service and License Agreements (hereinafter and previously - the Agreement or Agreements) establish the rules and conditions for using the Website or Auxiliary Software. Access to the Website or Auxiliary Software, use of the Website or Auxiliary Software, and/or performance of any other actions on the Website or in the Auxiliary Software by the User means that the User accepts and undertakes to comply with all conditions of this Agreement. Registration of a User on the Website is only possible when the User confirms acceptance of this Agreement. This Agreement may be changed by the Administration at any time without any special notice. A new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.

User's Personal Data

Information about the User located in their Profile contains (may contain) their personal data. The Website Administration, when processing personal data of Users, undertakes to take all organizational and technical measures to protect them from unauthorized access in a manner not provided for by the Website or Auxiliary Software. However, it is not excluded that as a result of a failure in the operation of the Website or Auxiliary Software, a virus or hacker attack, technical malfunctions, and other circumstances, personal data of Users may become available to other persons. The User understands and agrees that they will not make claims to the Administration in this regard, considering that they make their personal data publicly available. Under this Agreement, by indicating their personal data on the Website, the User unconditionally agrees:

• to the processing of personal data by the Administration;
• to other actions of the Administration regarding such data in connection with the functioning of the Website or Auxiliary Software.

By placing their personal data on the Website, the User confirms that they do this voluntarily, and also that they voluntarily provide this Information to the Administration for processing. The Administration processes only those personal data of the User that were placed by them on the Website or processed by the Auxiliary Software. The purpose of processing personal data of Users is to compile a Database of users. Personal data of the User is processed using software, hardware, and technical means. Personal data of the User is processed by the Administration for the duration of their placement on the Website or in the Auxiliary Software. If personal data placed on the Website or User's Profile is deleted, the Administration stops processing it. However, the Administration has the right to keep an archival copy of the above data of the User for an indefinite period. Processing of the User's personal data by the Administration is carried out for the purposes of the Website/Auxiliary Software functioning and by itself cannot entail any negative consequences for the User. At the same time, the Administration is not responsible for the use of personal data of Users by other persons. The User undertakes not to place personal data of other persons on the Website, as well as not to use personal data of other Users in any way that does not comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, for illegal or unlawful purposes, for the purpose of extracting benefits, and any other purposes that do not correspond to the purposes of creating the Website or Auxiliary Software.

License Agreement for Using hack.sale Product

The User undertakes not to distribute the hack.sale Product on the Internet or in any other place where digital information can be stored.

As a condition of use, the User undertakes not to use the hack.sale Product for any purposes that are illegal or violate the Agreement.

The User does not have the right to reverse engineering, analysis, modification, etc. of the hack.sale Product, as well as transfer of their authorization data (login and password) and resale of the hack.sale Product to third parties.

To prevent the distribution of the Product on the Internet, hack.sale uses binding of the Product to a computer, which makes it impossible to run the Product on other or multiple computers. The Product will only work on the computer where it was first launched. (Within this paragraph: replacement of any internal computer devices is equivalent to launching the Product on another computer)

Any violation of the rules is punishable by an infinite subscription ban or any other method of punishment without violating the conditions of the Agreement and the User's rights.

The hack.sale Administration has the right to store and process confidential user information: computer name, IP address, and any other possible information about the User that is not the User's personal data (such as passwords and files on the User's computer), but may be Personal Data of such (determined by the terms of this Agreement).

The User takes upon themselves all possible consequences of using the Auxiliary Software. The Administration bears no responsibility for possible consequences of using the Auxiliary Software.

The User consents to sending anonymous statistics for the purpose of improving the quality of the hack.sale Product.

All rights to modification and distribution of the Product belong to hack.sale.
