This page draws the lines: what the Site answers for, what it does not, and what risk you take on when you press the buy button. There is no softening language here — this document is only useful to the extent that it is blunt.

1. The ban risk never goes away

Using third-party software in online games breaches the terms of service of virtually every publisher. Which leads to the one thing to understand before buying:

The risk of an account ban always exists and cannot be engineered away. It applies to every product, every developer and every game, regardless of price, brand reputation, or how long a build has gone without an incident.

What that can mean in practice: a suspended or terminated account, a ban tied to hardware identifiers, the loss of purchased in-game content, or being shut out of a publisher’s services entirely.

2. Publishers may restrict access

Game developers and publishers are independent companies. At any moment, without notice, they may:

• change or update the protection on their game;
• ban an account, a machine or a payment method;
• rewrite their terms of service;
• close access to their services for one player or for an entire region.

That is their prerogative. We do not contest it and we cannot influence it. Neither the seller nor the build developer takes part in those decisions or is told about them in advance.

3. No undetectability guarantee

The Site does not and cannot guarantee that any product is undetectable.

An anti-cheat is a third-party product that updates without notice, and its new checks are unknown in advance to the seller and to the build developer alike. Any “100% safe”, “ban-proof” or “never detected” phrasing is marketing rather than a technical statement, wherever you encounter it. We deliberately do not use it.

Product statuses, detection-free streaks and developer statements describe the past. They are not a forecast.

4. “As is”

Software and accompanying material are supplied as is, without warranty of:

• uninterrupted operation;
• compatibility with any given hardware configuration or system build;
• an unchanged feature set in future versions;
• fitness for any particular purpose of yours.

A developer may change, pause or discontinue a product. What that means for your money is set out in the Refund Policy.

5. Responsibility rests with the buyer

You decide to buy and to use, having been told the risks, and the consequences of that decision are yours.

You are responsible for complying with the law that applies to you and with the rules of the services you use. We neither encourage nor support conduct that breaks the law: damaging other people’s property or data, interfering with other people’s accounts, fraud.

6. What the Site is not responsible for

• decisions of game publishers and developers, including account and hardware bans;
• changes made to third-party software by its own developer;
• whether the software runs on your particular hardware;
• outages at the payment service, messengers or external platforms;
• lost profit, lost game progress and lost in-game property, or other indirect loss;
• your conduct and the ways you choose to use what you bought.

7. What the Site is responsible for

Our responsibility is specific, and the previous section does not dilute it: deliver the item you paid for — the one named in the order — within the window stated on the product page. If we fail, you get your money back under the Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent the law allows, total liability on any claim is limited to the amount actually paid for the order in dispute.

8. Trademarks and affiliation

Game names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners and appear on the Site solely for identification — so that a buyer can tell which game a product is for.

The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any game publisher or developer, does not act on their behalf and does not represent their interests. Rights holders should use the procedure in Copyright Complaints.

9. Age and territory

The material here is addressed to adults. The Site is not directed at territories where access to such material is restricted or prohibited; visiting from one is your own initiative and your own responsibility.

10. Changes

The version published here is the one in force, with its date in the header.
