This page answers the question “who am I actually dealing with”. It gathers what is usually scattered across other documents: who the seller is, whose hands the money passes through, where the Site is hosted, which law applies and what to do when something goes wrong.

1. The Site and its operator

Site: hack.sale

Operator — the owner and administrator of the Site. The Operator maintains the catalog, is responsible for the content of the pages, arranges delivery of paid orders and answers support requests.

The Operator is not the developer of the software sold here, takes no part in creating it and has no influence over what it does. Nor is the Operator affiliated with any game publisher or developer.

2. Public offer

A product listed with a price is an offer. It is accepted by paying for an order, and acceptance takes effect when the payment service confirms the payment. Full terms are in the Terms of Service.

There is no separate paper contract: none is required for a distance sale of a digital item, and the order record held by the payment service is the evidence of the transaction.

3. How payments are taken

Payments and delivery are handled by Digiseller, an independent payment service operating under its own rules. The seller identifier in their system is 555188.

In practical terms:

• checkout happens on Digiseller’s side, with their methods and their fees;
• your payment credentials are never passed to the Operator and never stored by the Operator;
• the order, its history and the key itself live in the Digiseller interface, where you can see the status;
• the binding amount is the one shown on the payment page at the moment of confirmation.

The Operator never issues invoices outside the payment service and never asks you to transfer money directly to a card or wallet. Any such request made in our name is fraud — please tell us if you receive one.

4. Two roles: own listings and partner listings

The catalog contains listings with different legal models, and the difference matters before you pay.

Own listings. The Operator is the seller, payment runs through Digiseller, and delivery is either automatic or manual depending on the product. All obligations in the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy apply in full.

Partner listings. The button on the page leads to a partner seller’s platform (eliteseller.ru among them), where both payment and delivery take place. The partner is your counterparty and decides refunds under their own rules. In that chain the Operator is a storefront: it neither takes the payment nor holds the money.

What the Operator does do for partner listings: vets the seller before listing them, helps buyers frame a claim so it gets handled, and removes a listing from the catalog when complaints accumulate.

Manual delivery. For some products a person confirms the order before the key is issued. This is stated on the product page before purchase, along with the expected wait.

5. Where the Site is hosted

The Site’s files sit with a hosting provider outside the Russian Federation. We state this plainly, having seen the opposite claim made where it is not true.

For personal data it makes no practical difference: the Operator keeps no database of visitors or buyers — not on that server, not anywhere. The detail is in the Privacy Policy.

6. Applicable law and disputes

Relations between the Operator and the buyer are governed by applicable law, taking into account the distance nature of the sale and the cross-border nature of the payments.

How a dispute proceeds:

1. Claim. Sent to the address on the Contacts page with the order number and a description of what happened.
2. Reply. Within 10 working days of a complete claim. Some cases require a query to the product’s developer or to the payment service, and no answer can come sooner than theirs.
3. Resolution. A refund, a replacement, or a reasoned refusal citing the specific clause of the Refund Policy.
4. Court. If correspondence fails to settle it, the dispute proceeds as applicable law provides.

The pre-action step is not a formality. Going to court without it denies the other side the chance to fix the problem within a day, which is how most claims actually end.

7. Territory and taxes

The Site is not directed at territories where access to such products is restricted or prohibited. Buying from one is your own initiative and your own responsibility.

Any tax obligations arising for you in your jurisdiction are yours to discharge. The Operator does not act as a tax agent in foreign jurisdictions.
