To get a faster answer

Include your Digiseller order number — it shows both the item and the delivery status.
Describe what actually happens: it will not start, it crashes, no key arrived, wrong variant.
Attach a screenshot of the error if there is one. Retold from memory, errors are almost always wrong.
Mention your Windows version and whether Secure Boot is enabled — half of all launch issues come down to that.

Update channels

Cheat status updates are mirrored to the Telegram channels of a partner project. These are external platforms: subscribing is optional and not required to buy anything.

Response time

Usually a few hours; evenings and weekends take longer. We do not claim round-the-clock support — promising it and missing it is worse than naming realistic hours.
