Frequently asked questions
The questions we get most often, answered plainly — including the ones where the honest answer is not what a buyer wants to hear.
FAQ
How does buying work?
Payment runs through Digiseller, a payment aggregator — not our own checkout. You pick a variant (access period), press the button, land on the Digiseller payment page and choose a method there. We never see your card number or wallet details; all that reaches us is the fact of payment and an order number.
How long does the key take?
Most items deliver automatically: the key appears on your Digiseller order page as soon as the payment clears, usually within seconds. Some items are delivered manually — that is stated on the product page before you buy — and there the wait depends on the time of day, from minutes to a few hours.
Which payment methods are available?
The full list appears on the Digiseller payment step and varies by country and amount. Typically cards, SBP, e-wallets and crypto. We do not compose that list and cannot change it.
Can I get a refund?
Once the key has been delivered, normally no. A digital item counts as handed over at the moment of delivery and cannot be resold. That is standard practice for licence keys, not an excuse. Two cases we do review individually: payment went through but nothing was delivered, and the delivered variant is not the one you paid for. Email support with your order number.
Do you guarantee I will not get banned?
No, and nobody can. An anti-cheat is third-party code that updates without warning, and the cheat developer learns about changes at the same time users do. We state which anti-cheat the game runs and what limitations a cheat has, but we will not promise “100% safe”. A seller who does is either uninformed or lying.
What does “sales paused” mean on a product page?
The cheat is temporarily off sale, usually because a game update sent it back to the developer. The page stays up, the buy buttons are hidden. This is a deliberate pause, not a site error — we will not sell something known to be broken. It typically lasts from a day to several days.
Why does the price differ at checkout?
Prices on product pages refresh from the server every half hour, Digiseller changes them instantly, and payment systems may add their own fee. The amount on the payment page is always the real one. If the gap is larger than a payment fee, tell us — most likely the sync got stuck.
The cheat will not start. What now?
In order: disable Secure Boot in BIOS, whitelist the folder in your antivirus and Windows Defender, close overlays (Discord, GeForce Experience, Steam), run the loader as administrator. Those four steps resolve most tickets. If they do not, open a Discord ticket or email support with a screenshot of the error.
Do I need a spoofer, and is it included?
You need one if this machine has already taken a hardware ban — without it a fresh account follows the old one straight into a ban. If you have never been banned, it is optional. It is normally not included in a cheat’s price: spoofers are separate products with their own listings. The knowledge base covers this in detail.
Can I use this on a laptop, or do I need a second PC?
Ordinary external and internal cheats need no second machine — only the system requirements on the product page matter. A second PC is required for DMA setups only: there the software physically runs on another machine and reads memory through a card. If the page says DMA, the second machine and the card are mandatory and add real cost.
How do I extend access when it expires?
Extending means buying the same variant again. There is no “renew” button and no recurring charges: nothing is taken until you place an order yourself. With some developers the new key extends the existing subscription, with others you get a fresh one — the cheat’s instructions say which.
I got banned. Can you help?
We cannot recover a blocked account — the ban comes from the game developer and appeals go only to them. What we can do is help you work out whether it was an account ban or a hardware ban, and what is worth doing next versus what is pointless. The knowledge base has a breakdown of ban types.
Still stuck?
Mechanics are covered in the knowledge base: anti-cheats, ban types, spoofers, DMA. Anything else goes to support.
