The short version: the Site keeps no database of visitors or buyers. Payment and delivery are handled by Digiseller, conversations by messengers and mail providers, traffic statistics by an analytics counter. Each of them is the controller of the data it holds, under its own policy. The long version follows, without hedging.
1. Why there is nothing to collect
The Site is static. Pages are built in advance and served to your browser as finished files. There is no registration, no account, no basket, no server-side code that would receive a form, and in fact no form anywhere that sends your details to our server.
That leads to the point worth remembering: there is nothing here to leak. This is not a promise to guard your data carefully — it is a consequence of how the Site is built, which is considerably more reliable than a promise.
The Site does not collect or store:
- names, addresses, phone numbers or identity documents;
- card numbers, wallet details or any payment credentials;
- passwords or game account credentials;
- purchase history tied to an identifiable person.
2. Who controls your data when you buy
Payment and delivery run through Digiseller. You interact with their interface, enter payment details on their side and receive the key there. Digiseller is the controller of that data: it takes the payment, processes the credentials, records any email address you supply and keeps the order history.
What reaches us is anonymous: the fact of a sale and an order number. The number lets us check delivery status; it does not identify you.
For partner listings the transaction happens on the partner’s platform, and that platform is the controller. We pass no personal data to partners, because we hold none.
3. Support conversations
You can reach us by email, on Telegram or on Discord — all listed on the Contacts page. Whichever you choose, that service is the controller of the conversation, under its own policy and its own jurisdiction.
We read your message in order to solve your problem. We do not copy it into a CRM, a ticket database or any register. If you attach a screenshot showing a nickname or an email address, that content stays in the conversation on the service you used and nowhere else.
4. Analytics and the support chat
The Site runs Yandex.Metrica (counter 96930918). It gathers anonymised technical data: device type, screen size, referrer, the path taken through the pages. Yandex LLC is the controller of that data, and its processing is localised in Russia. The counter loads on every page without a consent prompt, as anonymised traffic measurement.
The Jivo support chat loads only after you explicitly consent in the banner. Before consent its script is never attached to the page at all.
The split is deliberate. Counting how many people opened a page and attaching a third-party widget that a person will type into are different things with different consequences, and we chose not to flatten that difference for the sake of a tidy rule. The mechanics are on the Cookie Notice page.
There is no profiling, no buyer scoring, no joining of data across sources and nothing passed to advertising networks.
5. Data localisation
Some readers arrive here from jurisdictions with data-residency rules — Russia’s requirement to keep citizens’ personal data in databases located in the country is the one we are asked about most.
Such rules bind whoever builds and maintains those databases. We build and maintain none, in any country. No primary collection happens here, so there is nothing to place in a database anywhere, and no residency obligation arises.
We put it that way rather than claiming data is “stored on servers in Russia”, which would be untrue — see the next section.
6. Where the Site physically runs
The Site is hosted with a provider outside the Russian Federation. We say so plainly, because we have seen the opposite claim made by sites where it is not true.
For personal data this changes nothing, precisely because that server holds only static page files, images and video. There are no user databases on it. Metrica’s data lives inside Yandex’s infrastructure and never touches our server.
7. Web server logs
The web server keeps ordinary access logs: IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent. They exist to diagnose failures and to fend off automated attacks. They are overwritten on a rolling basis, are not used for profiling, and are not combined with anything else. They do not become a personal data database.
8. Minors
The Site sells software for online games and is not addressed to anyone below the age at which they can contract on their own where they live. We do not knowingly collect data from minors — nor from anyone else.
9. Your requests
Questions about this document and requests to correct, restrict or erase data go to the address on the Contacts page. We answer within 10 working days.
One caveat we would rather state up front than discover together: where your data sits with an external service — the payment service, a messenger, the analytics provider — the erasure request belongs to them. We have no technical means to delete data from someone else’s infrastructure, and we will not pretend otherwise to sound more accommodating.
10. Changes
The version published here is the one in force, with its date in the header. Any change to our position on data handling appears on this page before it takes effect.
