Arcane
Arcane Setup Guide: ARC Raiders, Rust, Apex Legends, Hunt: Showdown
This page walks you through everything Arcane needs before activation: system prep, one overlay of your choice, running the loader with your key, and the hotkeys used in game. The final section lists loader messages you may run into and what to do about each of them.
One guide covers every cheat from this brand — the steps are identical.
Read this first
- A reboot before starting the software is mandatory.
- Do NOT use the software on your main account.
- Undetected status is not a 100% guarantee against a ban — this is true of any software in any game.
- Purchase and use of the software are at your own risk.
- After a game update, wait for the software update before loading it again.
- Antivirus software must be uninstalled, and SmartScreen and Windows Defender turned off; FaceIt and Vanguard must be removed.
Before you activate the key
- Install Visual C++ Redistributable: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
- Go through this whole page before you start.
- Reboot the PC — this has to be done before the software is started.
- Go into BIOS and turn off Intel Rapid Storage Technology.
- If a blue screen (BSOD) happens while the software is running, submit the BSOD report form — the link is in the support chat.
- If your account gets banned, submit the ban report form — the link is also in the support chat.
Reminder: software use always involves risk. Purchase and use are at your own risk, and undetected status is not a 100% guarantee against bans — that applies to any software in any game. If the game has just been patched, hold off until the software is updated. Do NOT use it on your main account.

What has to be turned off or uninstalled
- Uninstall your antivirus.
- Turn off SmartScreen.
- Turn off Windows Defender.
- Uninstall FaceIt (the CS:GO anti-cheat) and Vanguard (the Valorant anti-cheat).
Overlay — Option 1: Discord (recommended)
Two overlays are supported, and only one of them is needed. Running both at once is not required.
- Get Discord from the official site: https://discord.com/download
- Log into your account, or register a new one.
- Switch Enable Overlay on and Enable Legacy Overlay off.
- Check that the overlay has not been turned off for the particular game you plan to play.
Overlay — Option 2: Medal TV (if Discord isn't an option)
- Get Medal from the official site: https://medal.tv/download
- Start the program and sign in or create an account.
- Open the settings and confirm the overlay is on — it is on out of the box.
Launching Arcane
- Download the loader from any of these sources and put it into its own folder: Loader — https://storage.e-arcane.com/LoaderArcane.zip ; Mirror 1 — https://mega.nz/folder/SFEijIYB#ItpPdnVINK3H-rQXK6DJjw ; Mirror 2 — https://disk.yandex.ru/d/68JncC0ROmFEzA
- Start the file as Administrator.
- Let the loader finish updating itself, then start it once more.
- Type in your key and hit Enter. Pasting is done with the right mouse button inside the CMD loader window.
- Once loading succeeds, the loader shuts itself down — nothing to do here.
- Start the game.
- Stay in the game window and don't switch anywhere else until the menu shows up.
- Give it 1–2 minutes: the menu comes up on its own.
Hotkeys
- Home or Insert — show or hide the menu.
- END — unload the software.
Errors and what to do
Find the message you see and follow the matching fix.
- "Please make sure PIN is not set" or a Hyper-V error — full walkthrough: /en/instructions/pin-hyperv-fix/ . First remove the Windows sign-in PIN entirely: Settings → Accounts → Sign-in options → delete the PIN, then reboot. Next, switch CPU virtualization off in BIOS for now (Intel VT-x / AMD SVM Mode), save and reboot. Then open PowerShell as Administrator and run the six commands below — they can be pasted in one go: take ownership of C:\Windows\System32\hvix64.exe with takeown /F, give your own account full access to it via icacls ... /grant with the current WindowsIdentity user SID, repeat both steps for C:\Windows\System32\hvax64.exe, then delete hvix64.exe and hvax64.exe with del. Finally turn virtualization back on in BIOS, save and reboot.
- "Failed to map memory" — with under 12 GB of RAM the software won't work, so ask the seller about a refund. Otherwise switch off every startup program and reboot. Still failing? Grab AutoRuns from https://download.sysinternals.com/files/Autoruns.zip and disable every entry listed under CurrentVersion\Run.
- The loader closes and shows no error — install Visual C++ Redistributable: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
- The menu is on screen but doesn't react — start your overlay (Discord / Medal) as Administrator, following the preparation steps above.
- "Make sure all antiviruses are disabled" on Windows 10 — remove every third-party antivirus, switch real-time protection off, and switch SmartScreen off.
- "Make sure all antiviruses are disabled" on Windows 11 — download both files from https://disk.yandex.ru/d/5slbv4S2AL1M0w (Turn_ON and Turn_OFF). Run Turn_ON, allow the registry changes, reboot. Then run Turn_OFF, allow the registry changes and reboot again. Confirm afterwards that the antivirus is gone and real-time protection is off.
- Any other loader error — screenshot it and post it in the support chat on the site (bottom-right corner). Also download Anydesk and pass it along to support.
- Menu visible but clicks don't register — start Steam without Administrator rights and switch off any third-party overlays.
- Menu vanishes, or the visual features stop working — if a game patch has just landed, wait for the product update. Otherwise verify the game files or install the game again. If none of that helps, reach out to support.
- Menu won't take clicks or refuses to open the first time — on Steam, launch it without Administrator privileges; on EA App, turn the EA App overlay off in the app's settings.
- "AES instruction set is not supported" — your processor lacks AES support and there is no workaround. Contact support about a refund.
- "Please enable Intel VT-X in the BIOS" — boot into BIOS, locate Intel Virtualization Technology / Intel VT-X and switch it on.
- "Please enable AMD-V in BIOS" — boot into BIOS, locate AMD-V / SVM Mode and switch it on.
- "Please disable secure boot in the BIOS" — boot into BIOS and switch Secure Boot off.
- "Unsupported firmware" — the disk holding your OS has to be GPT. Convert it with the built-in mbr2gpt utility or with any disk management tool.
- "Secure boot keys are incorrect" — boot into BIOS, switch Secure Boot on and save. Back in Windows, open PowerShell and run Confirm-SecureBootUEFI. Should it report True, reboot into BIOS and switch Secure Boot off again.
- "VMX/SVM is not supported" — open Control Panel → Programs → Turn Windows features on or off and uncheck Virtual Machine Platform and Hyper-V. If that changes nothing, open CMD as Administrator, run bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off and reboot.
- "Incorrect hwid" — open CMD as Administrator and run: wmic diskdrive get Caption, SerialNumber and wmic baseboard get SerialNumber. If both commands complete without an error, the fault is on the PC side — try a clean Windows install.
- Anything else — write to support through the site.
