Arcane Web Radar for ARC Raiders: setup, launch and error fixes
This page walks you through everything needed to get Arcane Web Radar running with ARC Raiders: the system checks to do before activation, what to remove from Windows, how to start the loader and enter your key, and what to do when the loader reports an error. At the end you get a radar page open in a browser, updating live while you play.
Read this first
- Restart your computer before the first launch — this is mandatory, not a recommendation.
- Reminder: using software always carries risk. You purchase and use it at your own risk, and undetected status does not guarantee 100% protection from bans.
- Do NOT use the software on your main account.
- After a game update, wait for the radar update before running the software.
- Third-party antivirus software, FaceIt and Vanguard must be uninstalled, and SmartScreen plus Windows Defender real-time protection must be disabled.
- The OS disk must be GPT, the system must be Windows 10/11 x64 build 1903 or newer, and there must be at least 12 GB of RAM.
How the web radar works
- Keep in mind that this product is browser-based: player positions, ARC machines, loot, containers and extraction points are drawn on a separate page in your browser.
- Do not look for anything drawn inside ARC Raiders — there are no overlays, ESP boxes, skeletons or lines in the game itself.
- Skip any Discord or Medal overlay preparation — it is not needed here, and this is what sets the product apart from the standard Arcane cheat.
Check before you activate the key
- Install Visual C++ Redistributable: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
- Go through this guide from start to finish before touching the loader.
- Restart your computer before you start the software — this step is required, not optional.
- Confirm that the machine has 12 GB of RAM or more.
- Confirm the system is Windows 10 or 11 x64, build 1903 or newer.
- Confirm the disk with the OS uses the GPT partition style, not MBR.
- If a blue screen (BSOD) appears while the software is running, submit the BSOD report form — the link is in the support chat.
- If your account gets banned, submit the ban report form — the link is also in the support chat.
Reminder: any software of this kind carries risk. You buy and run it at your own risk, an undetected status is not a 100% guarantee against bans, after a game update you have to wait for the radar to be updated, and a main account should not be used.
Software that has to go
- Uninstall third-party antivirus products — Kaspersky, ESET, Avast, AVG and anything similar.
- Turn SmartScreen off.
- Turn off Real-time protection in Windows Defender.
- Uninstall FaceIt (the CS anti-cheat) and Vanguard (the Valorant anti-cheat).
Launching the radar
- Download the loader from any of the sources below and put it into its own folder — Loader: https://storage.e-arcane.com/LoaderArcane.zip, Mirror 1: https://mega.nz/folder/SFEijIYB#ItpPdnVINK3H-rQXK6DJjw, Mirror 2: https://disk.yandex.ru/d/68JncC0ROmFEzA
- Start the file as Administrator.
- Let the loader finish updating itself; if it asks to be started again, do so.
- Type or paste your key and press Enter — pasting into the CMD loader window is done with the right mouse button.
- Expect up to 3 system restarts on the very first activation; this is expected behaviour. After each reboot, open the loader again and enter the key once more.
- When loading finishes, the loader shuts itself down and your default browser opens on the radar page.
- Start ARC Raiders. Data begins flowing immediately — there is no need to alt-tab, so the radar can stay on a second monitor, a phone or a tablet.
Viewing the radar on a phone, tablet or second PC
- On the main PC, run the loader and let the radar page open in the browser.
- Copy the address from the address bar, or use the Share button in the radar interface if it is present.
- Paste that address into a browser on the phone, tablet or second PC — the picture updates there in real time.
Supported game versions and display modes
- Steam
- Xbox (Microsoft Store)
- Epic Games
Display modes: windowed, borderless, full screen.
The browser did not open by itself
- Check that a default browser is assigned in Windows — Chrome, Edge or Firefox.
- Open the browser yourself and go to the address printed in the loader window.
- Clear the browser cache and repeat the attempt.
Errors reported by the loader
Below are the messages you may see and what to do about each of them, in the same order as in the developer's notes.
- «Please make sure PIN is not set» or a Hyper-V error — first remove the Windows sign-in PIN completely through Settings → Accounts → Sign-in options, then reboot. Next, switch CPU virtualization off in BIOS (Intel VT-x / AMD SVM Mode), save and reboot. Then open PowerShell as Administrator and run the commands from the code block: takeown /F "C:\Windows\System32\hvix64.exe", then icacls "C:\Windows\System32\hvix64.exe" /grant *$(([System.Security.Principal.WindowsIdentity]::GetCurrent()).User.Value):F, then takeown /F "C:\Windows\System32\hvax64.exe", then icacls "C:\Windows\System32\hvax64.exe" /grant *$(([System.Security.Principal.WindowsIdentity]::GetCurrent()).User.Value):F, then del "C:\Windows\System32\hvix64.exe" and del "C:\Windows\System32\hvax64.exe". Finally, turn virtualization back on in BIOS, save and reboot. A detailed walkthrough lives on the page about fixing the PIN and Hyper-V error.
- «Failed to map memory» — with under 12 GB of RAM the software will not work, so ask the seller about a refund. Otherwise switch off everything that starts with Windows and reboot. Still failing? Grab AutoRuns from https://download.sysinternals.com/files/Autoruns.zip and disable every entry under CurrentVersion\Run.
- The loader closed quietly but no radar appeared — install Visual C++ Redistributable from https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe, start the loader again and read the CMD output attentively: the radar address is printed there. Type that address into the browser by hand.
- «Make sure all antiviruses are disabled» on Windows 10 — remove every third-party antivirus, switch off real-time protection in Windows Defender and switch off SmartScreen.
- «Make sure all antiviruses are disabled» on Windows 11 — download both files from https://disk.yandex.ru/d/5slbv4S2AL1M0w, run Turn_ON, agree to the registry changes and reboot; then run Turn_OFF, agree again and reboot once more. Afterwards verify that no antivirus is installed and real-time protection is off.
- «AES instruction set is not supported» — the processor lacks the AES instruction set and nothing can change that; write to support about a refund.
- «Please enable Intel VT-X in the BIOS» — go into BIOS, locate Intel Virtualization Technology or Intel VT-X and switch it on.
- «Please enable AMD-V in BIOS» — go into BIOS, locate AMD-V or SVM Mode and switch it on.
- «Please disable secure boot in the BIOS» — go into BIOS and switch Secure Boot off.
- «Unsupported firmware» — convert the system disk to GPT with the built-in mbr2gpt utility or any partition manager.
- «Secure boot keys are incorrect» — go into BIOS, enable Secure Boot and save. In PowerShell run Confirm-SecureBootUEFI; if it answers True, reboot into BIOS and turn Secure Boot back off.
- «VMX/SVM is not supported» — open Control Panel → Programs → Turn Windows features on or off and uncheck Virtual Machine Platform and Hyper-V. If nothing changes, start CMD as Administrator, run bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off and reboot.
- «Incorrect hwid» — start CMD as Administrator and run wmic diskdrive get Caption, SerialNumber followed by wmic baseboard get SerialNumber. When both commands complete without an error, the problem is on the PC side; a Windows reinstall is the suggested fix.
- The radar shows no players or the data freezes — confirm the game is actually running and you are in a match rather than sitting in the menu or lobby, refresh the radar page in the browser with F5, and if the game has just been patched, wait for the Arcane update.
- Any other error — send a screenshot to the support chat on the site (bottom-right corner). For remote help, install Anydesk and post your ID in the chat.
