Memez DayZ: Activation Guide

This guide walks you through everything needed to get Memez DayZ running: preparing BIOS and Windows, launching the loader with your key, turning Defender off with Defender Control, and clearing out third-party anti-cheats. At the end you start the game in windowed mode and open the cheat menu with F2.

Read this first

  • Follow the steps in the order given.
  • Keys are Global format.
  • Turning Defender off in Windows Settings is not sufficient — keep using Dcontrol (Disable) until the indicator shows red.
  • Third-party anti-cheats and antivirus software must be uninstalled, not just disabled.

Stage 1. Preparation — BIOS

Start by turning on CPU virtualization in BIOS. The option names depend on your processor.

  1. On AMD systems, enable AMD-V, SVM, VT-D.
  2. On Intel systems, enable Intel Virtualization Technology, VT-D.
  3. Disable Secure Boot if it is required — check the product system requirements.

Stage 1. Preparation — Windows: Hyper-V

  1. Press Win + R, type optionalfeatures and press Enter.
  2. Locate Hyper-V Platform, expand it with the «+» sign and tick every sub-feature.
  3. Click OK and wait until the installation finishes.
  4. Open CMD as Administrator and run the command: bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype auto
  5. Restart your PC.

Stage 1. Step 1. Loader and components

  1. Download the loader from https://loader.colortune.ru
  2. Type your key into the loader window and press Enter.

Stage 1. Step 2. Windows Defender

  1. Download Defender Control v2.1: https://loader.colortune.ru/Defender%20Control%20v2.1.zip
  2. Install Defender Control and run it.
  3. Use Dcontrol (Disable) until the indicator turns red — switching Defender off in Settings alone is not enough.

Stage 1. Step 3. Remove anti-cheats

  1. Uninstall any third-party anti-cheats and antivirus software (FaceIt AC, GameGuard and similar).

Stage 2. Cheat and game — Step 1. Loader

  1. Run the loader and enter your key.
  2. Let the PC reboot — this happens on the first run.
  3. After the reboot, open the loader again and enter the key.
  4. Once it starts successfully, launch the game in windowed mode.

Stage 2. Step 2. In-game

  1. Wait until the game is fully loaded, then press F2.

FAQ

Which BIOS options do I need to enable?
On AMD processors enable AMD-V, SVM and VT-D. On Intel processors enable Intel Virtualization Technology and VT-D. If the product system requirements call for it, also disable Secure Boot.
How do I enable Hyper-V?
