VATA for PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS — Setup and Launch Guide

This page walks through everything needed to get VATA running in PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS — turning off protection software, downloading the files with your key, moving them to a USB drive, and starting the software. At the end you also get the fix for the most common injection error.

Read this first

  • 🚫 Sharing the loader or client with anyone is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Any distribution leads to a key and account ban.
  • Protection software must be fully disabled — Windows Defender, antivirus, firewalls and any security or anti-cheat tool. Otherwise the loader will not start.
  • The loader and client belong on the USB drive only. After copying them, delete the loader, the client, all archives and any copies from the PC — violating this rule results in a ban.
  • loader.exe must be started STRICTLY from the USB drive, and the drive has to be removed right after the loader starts.
  • Do not start the loader while the game or its launcher is running — close both first.

About the cheat

VATA is a private cheat for PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS built from two modules: a radar (enemies and teammates, smart loot filter, dead bodies) and No Recoil.

  1. Check that your CPU is Intel — Intel CPUs only are supported.
  2. Prepare a USB drive: a physical or a virtual one is required to run the cheat.

Before launching — required

Every protection feature has to be fully switched off, otherwise the loader will not start.

  1. Turn off Windows Defender.
  2. Turn off your antivirus software.
  3. Turn off firewalls.
  4. Turn off any other security or anti-cheat tool.

Loader & client download

  1. Open the link you received after purchase.
  2. Type in your unique key and press the Get button.
  3. Download both the loader and the client once Get has been pressed.
  4. Let every file finish downloading before you continue.

File preparation

The archive password is: ept

  1. Move the loader and the client to a USB drive ONLY — physical or virtual. No physical drive at hand? Create a virtual one using the video guide: https://youtu.be/6ws8qvP9f10
  2. ⚠️ IMPORTANT. Erase the loader, the client and all archives from the PC afterwards. Nothing may remain on the computer: no archives, no loader, no client, no copies.

Launch

  1. Verify that the game and its launcher are fully closed.
  2. Run loader.exe STRICTLY from the USB drive.
  3. Pull out the USB drive once the loader has started.
  4. Select the software you purchased in the loader window, press run soft and wait for it to close on its own.
  5. Start the game through the official launcher or through Steam.

Troubleshooting: not started, possible problem: vanguard, faceit, vbox

Error: not started, possible problem: vanguard, faceit, vbox — this message means the system is blocking the injection.

  1. Install all Windows updates.
  2. Disable Core Isolation.
  3. Disable Memory Integrity.
  4. Switch off Windows Defender / antivirus completely.
  5. Reboot the PC.
  6. Repeat the launch with all protection disabled.

Do I really need a USB drive to use VATA?
Yes. VATA runs from a USB drive only — either a physical one or a virtual one. If you have no physical drive, create a virtual drive by following the video guide at https://youtu.be/6ws8qvP9f10, then place the loader and the client on it.

Which CPUs are supported?
Intel CPUs only. AMD processors are not covered by this cheat.
Can I keep a backup of the loader on my PC?
No. After the files are on the USB drive, the loader, the client and all archives must be deleted from the computer — no archives, no loader, no client, no copies may remain. Files left on the PC lead to a ban.
The loader says "not started, possible problem: vanguard, faceit, vbox". What now?
The system is blocking the injection. Install all Windows updates, disable Core Isolation and Memory Integrity, switch off Windows Defender / antivirus completely, reboot the PC, then try again with all protection disabled.
When should I start the game?
After the loader work is done. Pick your purchased software in the loader window, press run soft, wait until it closes automatically, and only then launch the game via the official launcher or via Steam.
