No bicycles, but motorcycles are planned
Bohemia Interactive has decided not to add bicycles to DayZ. Project lead Tomáš Přibyl said the issue is the amount of work required for convincing bike physics, pedalling animations, body movement on slopes, and believable crashes.
The source also says motorcycles are planned for the upcoming Badlands expansion alongside the Nasdara map. It does not provide a release date, a game version number, or technical details about the update.
There is no direct cheat impact here
This is not a client update notice. The report contains no information about BattlEye changes, new integrity checks, bans, detections, or networking changes. Nothing in it confirms that Mason for DayZ or any other DayZ product requires an emergency update.
A feature that was rejected before implementation cannot shift the live game’s structures or break an existing loader. There is no confirmed reason to stop using software solely because of this news item. That does not make any cheat risk-free: detections and account penalties remain possible even when no major patch is being discussed.
