What Update 1.4.0 adds
The headline addition is Karel’s Mothership, a Mega Dungeon built around the final confrontation with Karel. The dungeon includes Vulgus from every legion and three empowered commanders: Torisar the Curse-Spreader, Pattern-Enhanced Arche Slayer, and Reborn Alzaroke.
Players will also face two new Champion effects. Vulnerability raises resistance to every attribute except the listed weakness; applying the appropriate attribute effect can remove it. Explosive Marker creates a crescent-shaped explosion zone for a period of time, while the center area does not take that damage.
Karel’s Mothership introduces the Propagate Nexus as well. Its Special Energy Wave boosts Vulgus DEF and grants Tow Immunity until the device generating the wave is destroyed. Some structures in the dungeon can be hit at their Weak Point to trigger a large area explosion.
Difficulty and access requirements
The Mega Dungeon has Normal and Hard difficulty, plus the limited-time Conquest difficulty. Normal unlocks after the Main Quest. Hard requires one completed Normal run; public operations require 81,580 Arche Activity, while private operations can be started below that threshold.
Conquest requires one Normal completion and is scheduled in the announcement to run after the September 3, 2026 patch until October 14, 2026, 22:00 PDT. It is described as harder than both Normal and Hard.
The post also says Hard Difficulty rewards were revised. The supplied announcement excerpt does not include a complete before-and-after reward list, so it does not support a detailed farming comparison.
What this means for cheat users
The announcement covers gameplay content, combat mechanics, access rules, and rewards. It contains no information about anti-cheat changes, ban activity, detections, or compatibility of third-party software with version 1.4.0.
That means this post alone cannot confirm whether a cheat is detected, undetected, or updated for the patch. Check the current product status before launching: Arcane for The First Descendant and Pussycat for The First Descendant. If the product page does not show an update status for the current game version, wait for information from that product’s developer.
The new dungeon mechanics are not evidence that any feature works there. For example, the announcement says Weak Point Damage Adjustment Value does not apply to monsters in Karel’s Mothership. That is a game mechanic, not a statement about third-party software behavior.
What to do after the patch
Do not treat the presence of new content as confirmation that your tool is ready. Verify the product status and its developer’s update information first. An updated status also does not remove the possibility of a ban; no third-party tool can guarantee that outcome.
Before launching, review the safe launch checklist for practical pre-launch steps and mistakes to avoid. If an account has already been banned, see what to do after a ban for the next steps.
