What it actually does

What the menu boils down to: aim assistance that pulls the crosshair onto a target, markers for items, containers and stashes, vehicle markers, a custom crosshair and view settings, recoil and spread smoothing and opponents drawn on top of the map geometry. Settings live in config profiles.
